ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR STD. IX
(PHASE-2)

Applicants are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal E-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line. Any communication(if needed) will be communicated to this E-mail ID only.

The payment mode is Demand Draft only. A demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- in favour of ‘CCMT A/c Chinmaya Vidyalaya, B.S.City’ payable at B.S. City has to be attached while submitting the hard copy (Printout) of Application Form in the office or sending by post. Registration No., Name, Address & Class applied for to be written on the back side of Demand Draft.

The name of the applicant, father and mother’s name, date of birth (in figure and words) etc. must be spelt correctly in the Online Registration Form as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. No corrections will be allowed later on.

The applicant has to fill the Online Application Form very carefully. While filling the form, if a Data Field is mandatory, it must not be left blank. If each mandatory field is filled correctly then after clicking on the “submit” Button, he/she will get the “System Generated Application Form” with a space for photograph. The Applicant has to take the printout of that System Generated Application Form and affix his/her recent passport size photograph.

The “System Generated Application Form” must be sent to the school office or submitted by hand latest by 26.03.2016 along with the Demand Draft.

Only one printout of System Generated Application Form” per applicant should be sent or submitted. Duplicate Copy will be rejected.

Applicants should keep a photocopy of the printout of System Generated Application Form with them for their record.

Original Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form must be provided at the time of admission.

After submitting the Application form the applicant will get his/her admit card from 26.03.2016 after 5.00 pm onwards at our website www.chinmayabokaro.com

Merit-cum-Means Scholarship is available for a good number of students. THE MERITORIOUS STUDENTS BELONGING TO ECONOMICALLY WEAKER FAMILY (BPL Card Holders) NEED NOT SEND/SUBMIT THE DEMAND DRAFT ALONGWITH THE APPLICATION FORM. THEY HAVE TO ATTACH THE PHOTOCOPY OF THE BPL CARD AND MUST CONTACT VIDYALAYA OFFICE.

Registration of the Applicant does not confer the right to admission in the Vidyalaya.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya may appoint, if so required, an arbitrator to resolve admission related issues.

1	Eligibilty Criteria:	Aggregate 60% and above or equivalent CGPA/ Grade in the Qualifying Examination.

3	Online Registration	12th March, 2016 onwards
4	Date for submission ofOnline Registration Form	On all working days from 14.03.2016 to 26.03.2016(Timings:9.30am-1.30 pm)
5	Online printing of Admit Card for : appearing in the Eligibility Assessment Admission Test, an Applicant has to enter his/her System generated Registration Number and Date of Birth	Visit our website www.chinmayabokaro.com on 26.03.2016 after 05.00 P.M.
6	Admission Test (at Chinmaya : Vidyalaya, Bokaro)	will be notified through Admit Card.
7	Syllabus for Admission Test	English, Mathematics & Science of Class VIII as per CBSE Syllabus.
8	The students qualifying Written Test will be called for ‘Interview”

An Important Notice: Chinmaya Vidyalaya does not take ‘Admission Fee” for Class XI from students who have qualified standard X from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, B S City.
